Original owners and commercial owners must complete a registration certificate - either by mail or our online form.
The first subsequent home/building owners are to complete a certificate of transfer.
Note: In order for a warranty to be transferred, there must be an active warranty registered by the original owner. A $50 transfer fee applies.
