Northeast Building Products, LLC. (NBP) is a Philadelphia-based manufacturer of energy-efficient
windows and doors. Founded in 1975 by Irv and Elaine Levin and handed off to their son Alan
and his wife Fran in July of 2002, NBP grew over 16 years in steady and unprecedented
fashion, at which point the Levins led NBP into the family of businesses owned by Harvey Building
Products in November of 2018. The joining of Northeast into the Harvey fold allows for collaboration,
cooperation, and expansion like never before.

A proud ENERGY STAR® Partner and industry trailblazer, NBP meets and exceeds energy
requirements while marrying together robotic precision and human touch … employing pioneering
technologies to create molecularly bonded IGU spacers for vinyl windows in one plant and applying
stain by hand onto our “just like wood, only better” fiberglass or steel doors in another.

NBP serves customers east of the Mississippi, including distributors, dealers, and contractors,
and produces of thousands of windows per year. A team of over 800 operates in state-of-the-art
facilities… sporting over 450,000 square feet of manufacturing space on 31 acres at 3 locations…
including 3 of the 8 Thermoplastic Spacer production lines producing for the residential market in
the United States of America.
